This is a Body Positive yoga class that is open to all. Why? Because we believe that every body is a good body.
Bodies big and small, with or without aches and pains, respectfully welcome! As well, pregnant bodies, brand new to yoga folks, bring your baby (6wks - 9mo), bring grandma, bring your whole self.
Stretching, breath work, posture alignment and meditation are on the menu at Yoga for All by Open Mind Yoga.
